Terms, Conditions, Small Print, and Other Stuff
By their very nature Terms & Conditions are always incredibly boring and dull, but they are necessary in order to ensure that things are clear, plus some of them are a legal requirement. Terms and conditions can change. If you are placing an order we suggest that you print these terms and conditions as a record of those applicable at the time of your order.

Items in Stock
Normally if a wine is shown on the Levicta Wines shop, then it is in stock. Levicta Wines has a policy of keeping a large stock of a small number of wines, rather than a small stock of a large number of wines. If it should ever happen that a wine is ordered that is not actually in stock, we will contact the customer and either offer a refund or a higher priced substitute at no additional cost. Levicta Wines is always seeking new good wines, if a particular wine sells out and becomes out of stock, it should not be assumed that it will be restocked. Small vineyards produce small quantities of wine, and if the wine is any good it all gets sold.

Deliveries are made direct from a bonded warehouse. Goods are despatched within 5 working days of an order being placed. Delivery details will be advised to the customer prior to despatch. A signature will be required upon delivery. Levicta Wines will not be liable if the customer specifically requests goods to be left in a place where no signature will be possible and the goods subsequently go missing.

Wines must not be returned without first contacting Levicta Wines for Returns Authorisation. Wines may be returned for a refund under the following circumstances.
1. The wines are not those that were ordered.
2. There is significant damage and/or breakage to bottles
3. Many wines sold by Levicta Wines use natural cork and wine itself is a natural product. “Corking” or other genuine spoiling is rare but can happen, even with the best of wines. If you think that this has happened please contact us. "Corking" is characterised by a strong musty smell and unpleasant taste.

4. The whole principle of Levicta Wines is to sell drinkable wine. However, if you really do not like the wines, let us know and we consider taking back unopened bottles.

Alcohol and Driving
Don't. Just don't . . . ever, not even just “a quick one”. It is not a matter of “getting caught” or “not being over the limit”, it's a matter of whether you are likely to kill or injure somebody.
